2. Payments & Fees
All payments are processed securely through our system. Space charges a small transaction fee per booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Last-minute cancellations by stylists may result in penalties.

4. Liability
Space is a booking platform, not a salon operator. We are not responsible for any disputes between users. Users must adhere to the rules set by the salon they book with.

5. Changes to Terms
Space may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes.

1. For Stylists
• Accurate Information: Salon owners must provide truthful descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• High-Quality Images: Listings must include clear, professional photos of the rental space.
• Clean & Professional Environment: Spaces must be clean, sanitized, and ready for use by the stylist.
•Amenities & Equipment: Clearly list what’s included (chairs, basins, storage, etc.).
2. For Salon Owners
If a stylist cancels, your space will be relisted for new bookings. If a salon cancels, the stylist will receive a full refund.
3. No-Show Policy
If a stylist fails to show up, no refund is issued. If a salon fails to honor the booking, the stylist will receive a full refund and priority rebooking.
Listing & Space Requirements
• More than 48 hours before booking: Full refund.
• 24-48 hours before booking: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before booking: No refund.
Booking & Approval Process
• Manual Approval: Salon owners have the right to approve or decline any booking request.
• Timely Responses: Bookings should be approved or denied within 24 hours of the request.
• Instant Bookings (Optional): If enabled, bookings will be automatically accepted.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Salon-Owner Cancellations: If you cancel a confirmed booking within 48 hours, the stylist will receive a full refund, and repeated cancellations may result in penalties.
• Stylist Cancellations: If a stylist cancels within 24 hours, they will not receive a refund.
Commission & Payment Processing
• Commission: Space deducts a 10% service fee from each completed booking.
• Payout Processing: Payments are released to salon owners within 48 hours after a booking is completed.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: Salon owners must earn £50 before a payout is processed.
Booking Guidelines
• Advanced Booking: Stylists can book spaces up to 3 months in advance.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Stylists can book spaces up to 2 hours before availability, but approval is subject to the salon owner.
• Rental Duration: Spaces can be booked by the day or week (no long-term leases).
Payments & Fees
• Full Payment Required: Payments are processed upon booking approval to secure the space.
• Commission: Space charges a 10% service fee on each booking, deducted automatically.
• Refunds: Refunds are only processed based on cancellation policies.
Code of Conduct
• Respect the Space: Stylists must clean up after themselves and respect salon rules.
• Professionalism: Both stylists and salon owners must act professionally.
• Damage Responsibility: Any damages caused must be reported immediately and may be subject to additional fees.
